Surface Logo Startup Bug?

I just updated my Surface 3 from it's Windows 10 build out of the box and updated it using windows update into the latest build.

What happened is the boot times got a little longer.
The surface logo will be preceded by a Windows Logo.

I tried going back to the last build but the Windows Logo remains :<

if you want a shorter startup time, check in task manager, apps start up and disable apps that you don't need to start up when switching on your surface
As for the windows logo, you're running a windows OS, so I guess the logo stays
