UWP app icon in All Programs is blank

I noticed a blank app icon in the All Apps list in the Start Menu and I can't get rid of it. It won't open the app.
I tried reinstalling the app from the store and it just added another icon that also didn't open. I was able to remove that icon though, but not the other blank icon via the same method.
Anyone see this problem before?

So, no way to remove icons from the Start Menu programs list now?
Definitely one way old Windows was nicer, just delete the shortcut in the Start Menu directory.

There are some PowerShell commands you can run to refresh the uwp apps. I don't have them but I wonder if that would help
