New W10M Hardware Req

Microsoft's recently updated its hardware requirements. Apparently you need to have 1GB of RAM in order to run Windows 10 Mobile as smoothly as possible. That obviously means the OS is packing much more than the Windows Phone 8 OS and needs more power. With this decision being made we can all see how many devices are going to get W10 Mobile in the end and how many wont. With the requirements being updated what does this mean for the other low end Lumia and Windows Phones? Will they receive a Windows 10 Update with less features or will they be stuck with Windows Phone 8?

1 GB RAM was always the minimum requirement of Win10 eligible phones. Microsoft extimated about 50% of not upgradable phones since official launch in march.
