Upgrade to Windows 10 and HDD space

I have a laptop Windows 7 Pro (32 bit) and HDD 32 GB !
I want to upgrade to Windows 10but:
- Windows 7 = 16 Gb
- Win 10 = 20 Gb
Conclusion: not enough space on HDD
Question: Can I install Win 10 (32 bit) using ISO (Media Creation Tools) and USE my Win 7 license ?

Yes, from November onwards you could use your Windows 7 license in the set up wizard.

Also which model laptop is it?

I ask because depending on the model you may be able upgrade your storage, then installing Windows 10 on that. This would be the better option as you would need a fair amount of space for build updates.
