    switch off the phone, remove the SIM, wait a few seconds, put it back in and then start the phone

    What build are you on? 10586.xxx or 14342.xxxx?

    Post it in Insider forum with name of your phone.

    That reminds me a SIM failure, better for you for asking for a sim change in a carrier dealer
