    Good morning,
I'm trying to locate the osk.exe file (the On-Screen Keyboard executable). I'd like to be able to access the On-Screen Keyboard at any time without needing to go through Run (which requires my hardware keyboard).

It should be in your System32 folder and/or SysWow64 folder in your OS drive.
    Eg: C:\Windows\System32\

    I checked System32 but not SysWow64. I'll give that a go later.
