Bringing Project Astoria back

Hi Folks,

Do anyone of you know how to sideload apk to W10M (build 10586 or up) or if it is possible to create a tool similar to Project Islandwood to convert apk or there code to an appx?

The only real suggestion I have is to give up. It's gone and it's much easier just to get a secondary Android phone that is guaranteed to run most, if not all relevant apps close-to-perfectly.
