all my phone storge is full so i cant use a lot of my apps like whatsapp!

It's probably because you're syncing all of your mail.

Go into the mail app, then edit your accounts. Go into the "change mailbox sync settings" screen on each account and decrease the "download email from" duration. On my phone, I only sync from the past 7 days (you can still search for older emails if you want).

When you've done this, just hit the sync button and you should find you'll recover storage space after a short wait.

still 1.61GB total app and in the mail platoon on storge app say 400MB

I delete the outlook account and set it up again and now the mail app is 1.20 GB and the mail and massage is 58.3 MB
and I have a 0.9GB of free storge hope this is good
