Why can't I install Windows 10 Mobile anymore on my Lumia 625H?

Can't install Windows 10 Mobile anymore on my Lumia 625H.

I know that Windows 10 Mobile isn't supported for 512MB RAM devices but I've installed it two times before despite that. But now I can't do it with the same pattern: Install Windows Insider app; choose your ring (fast/slow); open Settings-Update, tap 'check for updates'. The phone says that it's up to date so I can't install Windows 10. What can I do?

most people with 512MB RAM devices have reported the same but you could just try a few more times, it might work
