Notification mirroring from Windows Phone

When notification from WP comes to Windows 10 desktop (for example Messenger, Facebook) they're doubled because of installed UWP apps. So I switched them to not show in Action Centre. Question is whether and how I would be able to switch them back on. I didn't find it at Notifications setting in the Settings.

how did you switch them off in the first place?

Sorry. I thought I was logged in. You can turn them off in action centre clicking on the setting button.
