It's quite stable for the production release but not so much in redstone.

So yes, install W10M but stick to official release for now unless your 730 is not your main device that you use

The latest WM10 OS is miles better than it was 3-4 months ago. It's quite stable after receiving monthly OS updates. If you're updating from WP8.1 to W10M a hard reset is highly recommended after going from 8.1 to 10 (hard reset after receiving the latest 10586.420 build) and then for all consequent updates you won't need a hard reset. Performance is more or less on par or better than 8.1, so is battery life. The biggest advantage of moving on to W10 is the new apps and the new rich capture mode in camera. Besides Microsoft will stop supporting (development and bug fixes) WP8.X soon.

So should i update through windows insider or that other official app to get that build?
