    What browser are you using?

    If there are issues with ads and popups using Edge, have you tried Chrome or Firefox with an adblocker, such as uBlock Origin?

    while you try using a different browser, I also suggest you run a scan of your pc. You can try this one called super anti spyware to remove cookies and unwanted programs - it works quite well

    If you're using Internet Explorer then the default pop-up option is ALWAYS set to medium. Change it to high.

    Alternatively you can use your hosts file to block them.
