Help With Canadian Cortana

Hello,

I just did a hard reset of my Nokia 930. Everything is installed - latest update as well.

12 restarts later - Canadian Language is installed (um... English)

Hey Cortana! - not working
I check the settings and it says for Voice Activation:

"To use Hey Cortana, make sure your region and speech language match your current display language"

So...

Region->Canada
Regional format->match phone language

Speech Language->English (Canada) - default
Phone language: active
Regional format: active
Speech: active
Keyboard: English - Canada

Keyboard-> English - Canada


Still no Hey Cortana....help?

Maybe try switching languages to US English and then back to Canadian?

It seems that Hey Cortana only works in USA. Used to work here in Australia but about 6 or 7 builds ago I had to do a reset and couldn't download Australian (or Canadian which I tried) speech packs. Then when they were able to be downloaded Hey Cortana wouldn't work. I've had some sort of feedback from the Insider ring which says MS are aware of the issue but it's never mentioned as a known problem with any of the build release notes. Seems like MS don't give a sh*t about customers outside USA

Yeah, I had to use a US setting - it does NOT work with Canadian settings....I've never got it working.... No idea why it is so complicated...but it is...
