Unable to install Groove music, Windows Calculator and Sound recorder.

For some unknown reasons I'm unable to install Groove music, Windows Calculator and Sound Recorder. Few days ago there was an update for all these apps I tried to install the update but failed to install updates and Windows 10 Store returned me this error "0x80073CF9". I uninstalled these apps using CCleaner thinking that reinstalling would fix the problem but it didn't fix. Now I'm unable to install only these apps. I tried using that "Powershell trick to reinstall all apps" that also failed to install only these apps. I even tried creating new user account with "Administrator" privileges that also failed to install only these apps.

Windows 10 64bit 1511 build 10586.420

There is a Windows Store Troubleshooter which sometimes helps. Equally, waiting a while or OS updates often also fix Store issues.

I tried it but it didn't fix the problem.
