Is there any way to manually install language speech on my Windows phone 10 ?

Is there any way to manualy install language speech on windows phone 10 ?

I just got windows 10 mobile on my lumia 535 yesterday and started to get cortana going but i'm unable to download any speech. I start to download and it get's error, after that i "retry" and i get it "pending" and it stay's like that.....

try a soft reset first, check your region and time, check internet connection
