Why am I unable to install messenger for my PC?

unable to install messenger for PC

Hi, i am having trouble installing messenger on my PC. The install icon is greyed out and there is a notification on top that the app only works on windows 10 device o.o

Any assistance will be appreciated. PC OS Win 10 PRO build .494 / non insider.

I just tried on a PC with Win10 Pro and build 494 and it worked and started download (I stopped it as I don't use FB).

The main difference is I didn't see the like shown on your screenshot "See system requirements this title needs hardware your device doesn't have"

So I suggest you have a look there and see what is missing.
