Why isn't Cortana working for me in Windows 10 enterprise edition?

cortana not working for me in windows 10 enterprise edition

i am win 10 enterprise edition user from India but i am not able to use cortana , its showing the error like cortana does not support the region or language you selected

check which region and language that has been selected in settings
