How to use window 10's facial recognition login function with normal camera?

If i use a normal laptop camera with Window 10's hello facial recognition login function,that is not a infra-red camera,what will happen?Can i do so?

No, you can't. Windows Hello requires specific hardware components. Windows 10 knows when that hardware is present and gives you the option of using Windows Hello.
