BSOD during anniversary update instalation

Hi,
when installing anniversary update i get BSOD (system thread exception not handled) after reaching 71percent.
My config:
CPU: Intel i5-6600k @ 4.4GHz + Noctua NH-U12P SE2, RAM: 32GB 2666MHz CL15 Kingston HyperX Fury, MB: Asus Z170-Pro VGA: Sapphire AMD Radeon HD6970 2GB GDDR5 @930/5700 MHz, SSD: Crucial M4 256GB, HD: WD1002FAEX 1TB SATA III 64MB cache + WD20EARS 2TB SATAII 64MB cache, DVD-RW: Samsung SH-S223L + NEC Optiarc AD-7243S, Monitor: Samsung BX2450 24" LED, Case: Cooler Master HAF 932, Zdroj: Seasonic X-760 Gold 760W

Start from beginning, you shoul be able to get back previous installation.
Go to Microsoft home page and follow the link "Celebrate anniversary with us"
follow on screen insruction. That's works

Didn?t help, still the same problem. During instalation of update my computer at 75percent for second time restarts and after restart i get BSOD. And when i get back the previous version of Windows, Windows update doesn?t offer anniversary update anymore.
