Any app can't be used fully in one handed mode.For Ex:If i'm using WhatsApp in one handed mode then i can't type a message.Only I can read recent messages.

one handed mode was meant for reaching thins that you normally wouldn't be able to because of a bigger screen or shorter fingers/thumb. What you're suggesting won't work ideally since the keyboard occupies half the screen - so how would you see what you're typing?

Generally, One Handed Mode only brings the upper half of the screen down and anything on the bottom can't be scrolled to. It would already be on the bottom in normal view and what would be the point?
