No update message after build 10586.218

hi.
I have a lumia 950xl dual sim. unlocked
after build 10586.218 I didn't get any update. I've cheched a hundred times with phone and even upgrade advisor but nothing happened. no new build update, no firmware update. nothing. and I didn't anniversary update message either.
i'm not in the insider program.
does anyone know what the problem is?
how to fix it? (preferably without having to hard reset)

Which country? Are you using wifi?
You don0t need upgrade advisor, it's for Windows 8. You must only check Settings -> Updates

you might need to try using insider program (in which case you choose release ring) or using windows device recovery tool

after contacting support they told me the same thing, using WDRT,
I did and finally it worked. thank god, thank them, and thank you my friend.

So now you're on 14393.xx?
