Please can I get help with a failed update ?

Yesterday after installing the Cumulative update I checked update history on my laptop and found the following update had failed to install on 16th August-

Microsoft-Windows-NetFx3-OnDemand-Package.cab

Any suggestions on how I can reinstall it ?

For CU package download - https://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Thanks.aspx?id=150 (only Works with IE) .
Search for latest update eg .'kb11112223' and download.
