Disable bluetooth at startup

Hello,

I'm using the latest version of Windows 10. I want to know if it's possible to disable bluetooth each time Windows starts. I can switch it off manually but if I turn it on then to stream music and restart my system it is automatically started again. I want to use bluetooth on my PC but want to disable it at startup. Is this possible?

Press Windows + R (run)
type "services.msc"
select "bluetooth" service from the list
Goto properties > Startup type > change it to "Manual" if this not work change it to "Disable"

NOTE : There may be one or more bluetooth services so change their startup type too
