Why are my sticky notes all screwed up since my last Windows 10 upgrade??

I recently upgraded my windows 10. Now my sticky notes are all screwed up! I have trouble cutting, pasting, scrolling!! I suspect Chrome has something to do with it! I like the way my old sticky notes worked!! In addition Google Chrome needs a lot of fine tuning!!

There has been a major upgrade in the sticky notes - kindly check the store for updates for better performance

As for chrome - that's upon Google to get it working correctly and with better performance - as an alternative, have you tried edge with adblock?
