950, random reboots. when it reboots will not connect to network (Wifi or LTE)
just shuts down for no reason, try to turn back on and will shut off and reboot then shut off again.
This didn't happen until I updated my phone yesterday.

Hi You might try a sfc /scannow and DISM. You could try a update reset. Did it update to the anniversary addition? Here's some links! I would let it run at least 6-8 hours!

Up and running again. The Ctl+Alt+Del trick didn't work but I was able to get a reboot after three quick consecutive power on and off cycles.

My old Surface Book had some issues and those files repairs didn't work. I just created a new profile and everything worked fine. I believe my profile had become corrupt. I created a local account with admin rights (google creating a local admin account in windows 10 command prompt). I then copied all my folder under the corrupt profile to the new created profile. When I logged in to the new account I linked Onedrive and the store to my MS account and I never had to link it again.

Not able to install it on Build 187. Keep getting the error "We Couldn't Complete the Updates, Undoing the Changes." Any suggestions? I tried searching for the 14393.222 KB install file, but cannot find it. I have tried installing 14393.321 via WU and via the Cumulative patch file. This is damn frustrating.

I've used that power on and off trick before. Did the update finish after that??It usually takes me to advanced start up. (no 5)

No, it started normally which surprised me. After getting in it, I noticed that one of the updates failed so I just left it be. Unfortunately, my wife just contacted me and said her laptop has the spinning wheel again. My guess is that the failed update is trying again. I'll need to check it out tonight when I get home and find a permanent fix.

Hi ! All you members that are having issues, are you not getting a error code in history?? You can check the Relibility Monitor for WU also. One of these should give you some information! Type Reliability Monitor in your search Orb.
