I have several PC's running Win 10 and some are different versions of Win 10......

I am trying to get my laptop running Win10 home 32bit, to have the same start window settings as my desktop running Win10 Pro 64bit. I'm not sure if some of the settings between these two versions of Win10 have different abilities or possibilities with this setting?

Anyway, I am trying to get my laptop start to look like my desktop one.......like this just after you hit start icon:

I am trying to have the full list of apps always come up with the power icon button being the first thing on the lower left panel. I can not recall if I added some tweak to make this work on my desktop or not.....of if it is a Win10 version difference? Thanks for any help.

My desktop (pic in my above post) is running 14393.351 and my laptop which I want to have the same start menu us running 10586.633.

So I would need the AU to get the ability to have my start page look like my desktop? Or is there some tweak with registry or something I can do to achieve this on my laptop?
