    Hum manual update. Got to read back post #2.
    Right now my computer is rolling back again as I'm typing this. After I'll go and see for the manual update

    Running the manual update to see if it makes any difference. It seems that it might take awhile before it's done

    If the manual update doesn't work then I'll do what the other said. Cancelled it.

    Also think about the in-place repair. I think you need this up date. Here's a read about it and what all it's patching!

    Right the In-place repair .... i guess it is the next step if the manual update doesn't work

    Do you use Windows defender? If you do, you will not get any more definition updates! IMHO it's not a good idea. Good luck I truly enjoyed helping you. I wish the out come would have turned out better! Did you try the trouble shooter that I attached?

    I went in the computer and I did run the automatic repair....That too failed....

    I don't understand "That too failed" I ran the trouble shooter and this is what it told me! I'm not trying to pressure you. I'm trying to help you! Windows creates updates for a reason! I won't bother you any more!

    so something is wrong in the computer which Microsoft has been taking care of all updates without my intervention...

    It is not the first update that failed from Microsoft KB3194496 has also failed 6 times on October

    Hi @Alain! You weren't able to reset updates and the trouble shooter didn't work?? I don't know friend, but it may be time for a in-place repair.
    You never mentioned the other updates failures! Do you have a legit copy of windows
