Removed bitlocker or bypass

Someone can help me to removed or bypass UEFI or bitelocker on surface book (Microsoft)

you're gonna have to elaborate. what's the situation? Messing with UEFI is typically for installing different OSes like Linux. As for Bitlocker there is no getting around that unless you're a government agency like the FBI. But even then you may not be able to crack it or get the keys.
