Since Anniversary Update, there isn't a single app that'll allow me to create/set custom ringtones.

I used to be able to cut audio into clips I could use for ringtones/notifications with these apps (which was handy because I like to make W10 Mobile's notification sounds mimic my desktop), now I can do no such thing. I can go through the process of creating a ringtone, but whenever I get ready to save I get an error every time.

Anyone else experiencing the same? ...any resolution for this?

Microsoft Ringtone Maker works for me. I have tried with mp3 files (6-7 MB) it create 1,1 - 1,5 MB mp3 files without any trouble.
