Film & TV not playing movies bought from MS Store

Hello,

I purchased movies from the MS store last year. I am trying to watch them. Yesterday, I watched half a movie, no problem.
Today when I try i get this:



I hit send feedback - nothing happens. The app did say it updated. The update said it allowed you to resume where you left off. Oddly, it already did that.
BTW, using a laptop, not Xbox
Help!!!

Update: on my desktop I get this error: 0x801901f7
On my phone I get 0xc336079d
