Sync Issues

I had to hard reset my Lumia 950XL running windows 950xl and now I cannot sync either my Outlook or Gmail contacts though the emails are syncing. Any ideas guys. Have spent the whole morning but nothing!!

I'm not sure here. I would suggest going to settings->email and accounts->manage and then make sure that syncing your contacts is on for each of the accounts.

For the primary account, I would suggest going to Outlook Mail and then tapping the sync button. See if that does anything when checking contacts. Also, if you have access to a computer, I would suggest logging into Outlook.com to see if your contacts appear there in Outlook People.

Sorry if this is basic but make sure that in the People app you are showing what accounts are turned in to display contacts.

try a soft reset as well - outlook was giving some syncing issues
