Why am I not able to download the new Windows 10 Insider preview 15007

I am not able to download the new windows insider preview. It stays at 0%. Please help.

Lots of people are having this problem including myself. MS is aware of the issue and is looking into a solution. My guess is a patch to fix will be out in a few days. Thanks for posting regarding your problem.
