Trying to update OS and it says Battery Saver is turned on even tho it isn't

Trying to update WM 10 to version 10.0.1493.693 and it says that downloads are paused because Battery Saver is on. I've checked and it is neither on manually or automatically (when it goes less than 20%)
What can I do?

Hi, can you try a soft reset of your phone and retry?
Can you try the update plugged into the charger?

I di that band it stopped thinking Battery Saver was on, it was plugged in all the time,
However after the update sat at 0% for 3 hours (on Wireless) I remembered how frustrating I found it last time I tried to use it, switched it off, put it back the drawer and went and bought a replacement for my own broken phone. (The W10M on is a work phone).
