Viber speaker button problem

In latest Viber version I'm not able to turn on speaker during 'calling'. If I try to do so the speaker button switches ON but speaker is not enabled.

When call is answered then the button works as expected.

Is this my phone or general problem?

L950XL/Viber 6.6.21745.

I have a different problem with Viber.When someone texts me a voice message,the sound is coming from the call-speaker and its very quiet.I'vecontacted Viber support,but after several updates later still no fix.Im using Lumia 950 btw.
