Covering the bases here... sorry to cross post. but really hoping someone can help out.

The OP had a lumia 1320. My Wife has a Lumia 830, A Lenovo Twist, and a desktop PC all running Windows 10. and ALL exhibit the same behavior. I have gone so far as loading up a new PC and adding her account to it. and still the same problem. only apps she has NEVER installed before give the error. but that's pretty limiting to not be able to use new store apps on your phone or your pc / laptop.
we posted in the microsoft forum as it certainly must be related to her user ID (and she isn't willing to get rid of the account...) but they haven't been helpful.
If anyone has any ideas, for a solution they would be appreiciated.
