Store error code

Hi,

This morning I had 12 updates in Store waiting for installation in my L950, L930 & L830. I downloaded them & after that the Store only gives me error codes when opening, on all three phones. I have rebooted them, but still the same.

First
0x8000FFFF
and after a "Refresh the page" it gives
0x80131500

And it also says "Something happened at our end. Waiting a bit might help."

Anyone having a clue of why & how to solve this?

Hello -

I had the same thing on my L830 running 8.1. After about 40 minutes and a reboot, it is working fine. Probably something going on their end that disabled the Store temporarily.

It's still the same for me.

Since I got it on three phones at the same time, I suppose there must be more than me with this issue?

Having this same problem on my L950 fast ring.

Reset had no effect.
Changing region between Finland and US did the trick, working again.

I tried to change the region to USA, but that made no difference for me.

Anyhow, yesterday it finally was solved by it self. The Store is now possible to use again. It looks like the apps has been auto updated in background.
