Best windows 10 mobile device for bluetooth connectivity

I am starting to wonder if my 950xl and wearables just don't sync right. I get notifications sometimes and then sometimes nothing not even sync. I have went from Band2 -> garmin vivoactive hr -> fitbit blaze. I have to sync my clock faces on my SP4 is there anyway to test Bluetooth connectivity or a suggestion for a more reliable Bluetooth experience. I swear my 640xl had a great Bluetooth connectivity and so did my 1520. I am not sure what to say about my 950xl. Any help would be appreciated.

After going to fitibit forums it seems like the fix is in RS3.. But older devices have better Bluetooth connectivity.
