Win 10 default photo viewer is called Photos.

Are you familiar with Windows Photo Viewer from Windows 7 ?
If you are, did you like it ?

If yes, here is a tutorial to restore Windows Photo Viewer to Windows 10 :

If you are not familiar with Windows Photo Viewer, give it a try. It is light and it might be just what you need.

You can also try irfanview for basic editor ability also

IrfanView - Official Homepage - one of the most popular viewers worldwide

I have used Irfanview for years. The author is a good chap who is keen to support users and implement suggestions. I believe he wrote the original whilst the wars that resulted from the breakup of Yugoslavia were going on outside so I'm even more impressed. Irfanview is the absolute best as it can also make all those little tweaks we all need to do for which Photoshop is way over the top (and expensive). What's more, it is simple and easy to use. Nothing else matches it. If only there was UWP version.

Get Irfanview. Get it now. Get it... Have you got it yet? Why not? Pick your feet up, that man! :)
