Edge favorite syncing on domain joined PCs

I have confirmed with MS support that edge browser sync'ing has been removed from the creators update due to feedback from enterprise customers. Prior to the creators update, a Microsoft account could be added to a domain joined PC which in turn enabled edge favorites to sync. This is no longer the case.

Usually a setting like this would be controlled via group policy, instead they removed it altogether.

For enterprise customers desiring this feature it looks like alternatives such as Chrome or Firefox will be required going forward.

I ran into the same problem. As "VB the User" has said, this was intentionally removed from Windows 10. Ugly/terrible choice on Microsoft's part.
