A 22 Mbs app takes about an hour to download!!!

I've had this issue for quite sometime now, I've tried everything I know with no success:
1.Opt out insider rings
2. Clean Install Windows

My connection is very good....

Hey @FAHMI BASSEM

are you connected to Wifi or Ethernet? I suspect Wifi.

Are you using a usb wifi adapter or is it an internal wifi adapter?

Are the drivers up to date? (Usually not the problem)

Maybe there is a slight connection problem on the App Store for you.

If you have an internal wifi adapter can you try a USB one with a fast connection.

Maybe it's a router problem?...

Does your device have high priority in your router settings?

Is it for the one app or the entire store?

Do you have this problem with Google or any other browser?

Yes I'm connected to wifi with an internal adapter + all drivers are up to date.
All apps and games faces the same problem, takes ages to download

The thing is that it's happening on my Laptop + My surface 3...

Not your devices -- that only shows your "internal" bandwidth, and the speed available from your ISP.

I talking about the server from where you're downloading -- you have no control over that source. They may have a finite bandwidth, and throttle the outgoing traffic to manage it.

Think of it this way. Your download is their upload. I'll bet your upload speed isn't equal to your download speed. Most users need far less upload bandwidth.

If your have the same issue from a specific URL on all devices the slowdown is not at your end -- it's somewhere else. . .

After a hard reset + The latest store update, things FINALLY are back to the expected state!
