are you connected to Wifi or Ethernet? I suspect Wifi.
Are you using a usb wifi adapter or is it an internal wifi adapter?
Are the drivers up to date? (Usually not the problem)
Maybe there is a slight connection problem on the App Store for you.
If you have an internal wifi adapter can you try a USB one with a fast connection.
Maybe it's a router problem?...
Does your device have high priority in your router settings?
Is it for the one app or the entire store?
Do you have this problem with Google or any other browser?
