No Notifications From The Windows Central App

Anyone having this issue? I'm on the Idol 4s on the creators update,have notifications on in the app and it's allowed to run in the background but every since the update that came out about a week or so ago I never been able to receive notifications

I've tried resetting the app and still nothing
