I put in a registry hack to make a PC a Kiosk that only runs Remote Desktop to a designated server. This PC is Windows 10 Pro on a Lenovo ThinkCentre all in one PC.

I set up users to log onto this PC and it immediately launches the Remote Desktop Client. The user hits enter and gets routed to the server to do their work. Once completed they disconnect from the server and are back on the PC. Nothing shows on the black screen and the only way to get out is to hit Ctl Alt Dlt where you are given choices Lock, Switch User, Sign Out, Change Password, or Task Manager.

Ultimately I would like them to be automatically logged out when they leave the server and are back on the PC. Anyone have any ideas on how to do that or how I can have instructions on the black background on how to get logged out successfully? If the user does not log out they are left connected and the screen locks their user ID preventing another user from getting to the Remote Desktop when they log in.

Thanks,
CK
