esrv.exe Application Error

It took 24hrs for my laptop to get updated to latest WIN10 but then at startup popup error says:

esrv.exe Application Error

I also lost my touch screen capabilities. No longer touch screen responds. I guess esrv.exe had been in charge of touch screen.
