Can I clone my SP4 to my SP3?

I have my SP4 setup absolutely perfectly in every way, settings, apps, etc.

My SP3 needs a refresh and is just too divergent from my SP4 for me to waste a lifetime getting it identical.

Is is possible to create a backup image of my SP4 and restore it to my SP3?

It's certainly possible but I don't know what issues we can run into, if we do. On one hand it isn't radically different hardware but on the other it may make for a tablet with a slight attitude.

Yeah I wasn't really asking to have a discussion about drivers, more so how to do it using built-in Windows backup and restore features.

I know I can't make a system image because that copies the UFI driver partition. so do I do a backup of just the C drive, then restore that to the SP3?
