How to get recovery key when account is blocked permanent

My account is blocked permanent and my mobile is asking recovery key what to do

If you do not have the email that was sent giving you the key when recovery protection was enabled there nothing you can do.

hi there i got a problem with my device i got the purchase receipt and the information account but the thing its that i been take the protection off and just recive a email with a confirmation that my device has the protection off , in my device ask me for the recovery key i dont know what to do i have everything from my device since i buy it , i already call to microsoft support but they dont want to help me at all.
so if someone can help me with some information ill be so thankful
