How do I change my cursor to "tabs I've set aside" cursor?

Like I want the cursor to look like the one from the tutorial that they show when you click the "tabs you set aside" icon while having no tabs that you've set aside.

To get that cursor, you actually have to find it on the internet, or create one yourself. Windows doesn't have it included in their cursors.

I searched on the internet a bit on such a cursor as you said, found in the 'Set aside Tabs section', I really didn't find one. What you could try is using this software to make a cursor yourself. I also made the same thing you wanted, but I don't know why I'm not able to upload it. I guess you can do it.

The next step is to make it your cursor: Head over to Settings > Personalization > Themes > Mouse pointers > Pointers.
Click on Browse option to select your new .cur file and apply changes. You just got a new cursor!
