My Realtek Wireless LAN Adapater no longer working, can't connect to wifi

I have an HP Pavilion 10.1 hybrid. I am subscribed to the the Windows 10 Home Insider Preview and on Build 16215_rs_prerelease 170603-1840. As of this morning I am no longer able to connect to wifi and am getting a message when I troubleshoot that the problem is with the Realtek adaptor Is there something I can do to fix this?? Please help!

Perhaps go into Device Manager, find the Network adaptor - Realtek and uninstall the drivers. Then let Windows re-install them. You may however need to connect via Ethernet or download drivers from HP's website to a USB drive if it then doesn't find any to install.
