Lumia 950 Alarm going off at wrong time

I routinely set my alarm using Cortana, however since the last update the alarm will go off at the wrong time.

It automatically goes off based on the number minutes past the hour that the hour is set too. e.g:

If I set it for 6:30am, it goes of at 6:06am
If I set it for 7:45am, it goes off at 7:07am

Under the alarms app, the set time shows correctly and the phone time is correct.

Any ideas?
