why is my dell M4700 not supporting miracast

I have dell precision M4700 mob work station which has i7 cpu installed and Nvidia k1000M grapics card with Intel® Centrino® Ultimate-N 6300, Dual Band which is miracast supported and win 10 installed but the dxdiag says miracast not available

Does the device show?

Check if your PC supports Miracast
Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Devices. (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Devices.)
Tap or click Project. If you see Add a wireless display, your PC supports Miracast. 

I have a Microsoft Display Adapter (similar to Miracast). I plug it into my TV and I only see it on my Surface Book. I can't even see the device is my other PC's.
