All non-Apple mobile phones for the last are for the last few years. The 950xl has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC with a 2 GHz quad-core and 1.5 GHz quad-core cpu.

Thank you. In all the reading I've done i totally missed that.

I read here

The new windows 10 on arm won't be coming to any currently existing phones, what will be the difference?
All that really matters to you is that your 950 XL won't be improving or changing dramatically for the rest of its operational life.

The Windows on ARM effort is working towards using the more efficient ARM architecture and making it more tenable in the Windows tablet and laptop market.
